Position: Junior Sous Chef - Pastry (Full time #539183 )

Location: Hong Kong, China
As a Junior Sous Chef - Pastry in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong , you will be responsible for
Prepares and supervises daily mise-en-place and ensures that all sections are supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated business levels
Ensure that pastry preparation and cooking standards are maintained in all outlets and banquets
Ensures orderly handling of all raw products and checks that quantities prepared are according to recipes and plate specifications
Liaise with Chief Steward to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and to align with HACCP requirement
Report any problems, failures of machines or equipment
Perform duties set aside by the Pastry Chef or Executive Sous Chef
Requirements:
With relevant working experience in a similar capacity in 2 or 3 Michelin-starred kitchen
Strong interpersonal skills and exemplary leadership skills
Excellent food & beverage and menu planning knowledge
Good command of both spoken and written English
