Position: Guest Services Officer (Full time #539177 )
Property / Office: Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong
Location: Hong Kong, China
As a Guest Service Manager in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong , you will be responsible for
Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
Provide guests with a quality room orientation
Perform professional lobby patrol duties
Provide quality service, with colleagues, to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all time
Maintain accuracy of guest database input for the use of the hotel group
Monitor Guest Services Officers with their duties
Ensure Room assignment is in line with guest requests
Assist Supervisors in their daily responsibilities, such as Trace Report and Hot SOS follow up
Up selling, Data Collection, Guest Preference
Requirements:
University graduate with Hotel Management degree
Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work as a team
Basic computer and typing skills
Dynamic and energetic
