Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is located on the southwest coast of the Peloponnese, one of the most unspoiled and breath-taking landscapes in the Mediterranean, and 45 minutes’ drive from Kalamata International Airport.

The beachfront resort is part of the sustainable resort destination of Costa Navarino, a well-established tourism destination which includes 3 other resorts. It is comprises 99 guest rooms, including 48 pool villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with five restaurants and bars.

Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is an exclusive resort hideaway in Greece, providing the best of barefoot luxury art of living.

Organizational Structure

The hotel IT Supervisor provides additional support to the hotel IT Manager on the day-to-day IT support within the hotel they are based in. This includes, but not limited to first line colleague support, second line guest support, IT hardware and software maintenance tasks, system event alert rectifications and routine task management.

The IT Supervisor is an additional resource for the hotel on all IT and AV support issues (proactive and reactive).

The IT Supervisor role can provide additional support to the IT Manager for extended support hours during weekdays or weekends.

 

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

Executive Summary

  • Day to Day Colleague IT Support. Second Line Guest Support. Weekend Support Colleague (if applicable)

IT Support Management

  • Daily Guest & Colleague Support
  • Assist with IT Routine Task List (38)
  • IT Issue Troubleshooting

Audio and Visual

  • Audio Visual Dedicated Services & Support
  • Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance
  • Support for Meetings & Events

Project Management

  • Project Tasks Follow Up

Cyber Security and Compliance

  • Project Tasks Follow Up

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Prior experience, at least 2-3 years, in a luxury hotel/resort will be considered as an asset
  • A degree in Information Technology
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer focus oriented
  • Problem solving
  • Team player
  • Adaptability
  • Analytical skills
