Responsabilidades:
La doncella es la responsable de la limpieza de las habitaciones, áreas públicas, hall de ascensores, pasillo, offices y áreas de servicio manteniendo los estándares de Limpieza, Seguridad e Higiene exigidos por la de la compañía.
- Garantizando la comodidad de todos los huéspedes de la casa según lo establecido por los procedimientos y normas del hotel y cumplir los estándares y los pilares de MOHG.

Responsibilities
• Make beds, dust, clean bathrooms, walls, ceilings, glass, mirrors. In short, the comprehensive cleaning of a room.
• Clean corridors, public area, garden and bathrooms.
• Carry out coverage of rooms in afternoon service.
• Respond to customer requests in night service. Review and/or clean rooms that remain undone from the day.
• Ensure that the different services: Departures, busy and coverage are prepared with the highest quality according to MOQCA standards and in accordance with the company's Pillars.
• Inform the supervisors of any anomaly observed in the plants, public area or gardens.
• Take care of the material under their charge and keep it in optimal conditions.
• Clean and disinfect work surfaces, tools, utensils and working area before and after use, as indicated by the safety and hygiene standard.
• Report cleaning and maintenance problems in the areas to be cleaned, supporting the daily checks carried out by their supervisors.
• Work as part of the team and assist other colleagues if necessary.
• Support other cleaning points if requested by their supervisors.
• Attend and participate in all required meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Requirements
• Good presence. Polite ways in behavior.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a hotel of a similar category will be valued
• Hours morning, afternoon, night. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business.
