Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests
  • Assist Guest courteously and efficiently
  • Create special conversation with guests, which identifies personal preferences in order to record in each guest’s profile history.
  • Is knowledgeable of all in-house and arriving guests.
  • Is aware of all daily events in the hotel.
  • Well groomed, maintain appropriate standards to Discipline, hygiene, appearance, posture and attitude.
  • Maintains congenial relationship within Front Office Department as well as other departments in the hotel.
  • Deliver courteous services to guests, respond promptly and tactfully to guest complaints, requests and inquiries at all times.
  • Always provide excellent services to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Escort guest to the room when needed
  • Always address guests by name appropriately.
  • To be familiar with all with all hotel facilities and services. Actively sell the in house facilities and services to guests.
  • Assist guest during checks out process and ensure proper billing arrangements are provided.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures and rules outlined in the Employee Handbook – CLA at all times.
  • Attends training conducted by the Learning and Development Department or the Department’s Manager.
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the job assign Head Concierge, Reception Manager or Front Office Manager that may consider suitable to the skills of the individual and necessary to the success of the hotel.
  • Initiate contact with guests entering the hotel
  • Approach guests needing assistance
  • Deliver luggage to the guest room within 9 minutes and to record it accordingly.
  • Be familiar with the entire room product including IT&T equipment
  • Be familiar with all hotel services and Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Deliver messages, packages and facsimiles within 10 minutes of receipt
  • Actively listen and communicate specific guest requests accurately to the Concierge, Reception and PBX colleagues to ensure complete follow up
  • Remove luggage from guest rooms upon check out and to record it accordingly.
  • Offer guests an attentive farewell, which will not end until the vehicle, (limo, taxi) has pulled away from the curb
  • Be familiar with Banquet function and arrange Banquet notice board
  • Maintain cleanliness of luggage store room.
  • Daily inventory of all luggage in the store room.
  • To deliver or pick up items from out of the hotel as required by guests.
