マンダリン オリエンタル 東京では、Purchasing SupervisorとReceiving Clerkを募集しております。

ホテルには客室・レストラン・キッチン・スパ・宴会場などがあり、オフィスで使用される紙１枚から肉や魚などの食材・飲料材料、アメニティ、大きなアイテムでと多岐に渡るアイテムが使用されています。
このようなホテル館内にあらゆる備品を把握し、適正価格で仕入れるためにあらゆる製品の知識を必要とするのが購買の仕事です。

各部署や業者と接するコミュニケーションの場が多く、またホテルで使用するアイテム購入に関する一連の流れも学ぶことができますので幅広い知識も身につきます。
購買業務の経験を問わず、ホテルの宿泊部・料飲部でのご経験がある方、またはチームワークでの業務にやりがいを感じられる方を歓迎いたします。
