Main Responsibilities:

• Provides Hotel Guests and Colleagues with first line technical support.  
• Assist in assembly and configuration of network components and associated services.
• Assist in installation and testing of necessary software and hardware.
• Assist in installation, upgrades and configuration of network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software and files services.
• Assist in upgrades of network hardware and software components as required.
• Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, server hardware and logs.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software
• Documenting, archiving all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up suppliers visits and maintenance.
• Installs, monitors, and maintains telecommunication equipment including cabling and providing technical guidance as needed.
• Supports telephony infrastructure IP PBX, IP-DECT, Company mobile phones.
• Maintain asset register for all IT assets.
• Assisting with identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware faults and software issues.
• Assist with the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and network services.

Requirements:

• Junior School qualification or equivalent.
• Specific Degree or Diploma in relevant areas is plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Technical related experience.
