Responsibilities:

  • It is part of your role to understand, disseminate, and communicate all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures to your colleagues.
  • He checks the vehicles entrusted to him at the beginning and end of his shift.
  • The checks at the beginning of the shift are
  • Check of body damages/mechanical check (fuel, water, oil, breaks, tire pressure, function check of break, direction indicator, and emergency lights), check of parking (normal and full lights), cleanliness The checks at the end of the shift are
  • Cleanliness, fuel, and water level Furthermore, snags and/or mechanical problems have to be logged in the logbook of the car in order to inform the next user of any problems.

In case of problems affecting the safety of the vehicle and its passengers, the car has to be placed in out-of-order status and the reason has to be referred to the transportation supervisor or manager for appropriate action.

  • Maintains the vehicle logbook up to date in accordance with the set policy.
  • Inspects periodically the surface beneath vehicles for any leakage of water, oil, fuel, or other fluids or fumes and reports snags to the transportation supervisor or manager.
  • checks the level in the coolant reservoir tank and adds the necessary lubricant.
  • Make sure that all doors, trunk lid and wagon or hatchback gates close properly and that locks function properly.
  • Report accidents promptly to the transportation supervisor or manager and follow up with filling out the necessary forms established for such purposes.
  • Follows instructions related to the direction advised while driving to a certain destination.
  • adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures ruling the transportation department.
  • Is aware of fire and evacuation procedures and first aid formalities.
  • Carries out other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time by his superiors.

 

Requirements:

  • Expat Local Transfer
  • Transferable Iqama.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in Hospitality.
  • Heavy Duty License.
