1. Present a friendly, clean and energetic image to guests.

2. Prepare registration cards for arriving guests to ensure that all relevant information is provided and filled in correctly.

3. Accurately record VIP guests' arrival, room change, check-out time and special arrangements.

4. Continuously update the guest arrival list and familiarize yourself with daily VIP arrival list, repeat guests and suite guests.

5. Work with the Housekeeping Manager and supervisor to check all VIP check-in rooms and ensure that every step is up to standard (room cleaning and guest supplies).

6. Supervise and assist in the preparation of daily front office reports, including monthly occupancy reports, budgets, lost property and guest complaints.

7. Supervise guest service and ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal awareness and hospitality.

8. Properly handle guest complaints, requests and problems.

9. Record all guest suggestions and feedback.

10. Play the role of "host" in the lobby and public areas, always ready to deal with guest needs.

11. Familiar with hotel facilities and related services.

12. Provide guests with the latest hotel information and events.

13. Know all the promotional activities of the hotel, such as the hotel's various packages.

14. Keep all guest information strictly confidential unless otherwise requested by the guest.

15. Guests can be shown around the hotel at any time upon request.

16. Be friendly to guests and provide them with maximum care and assistance during their stay.

17. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personalized recognition and continuous care.

18. Check VIP arrival rooms and ensure that all guest supplies are provided as required.

19. Perform all front office duties, such as reception, leisure concierge, etc.

20. Assist duty manager and concierge in daily work.

21. Perform other related duties as assigned according to hotel operation requirements.

22. Ensure daily guest calls are executed and recorded.
