As a Guest Service Manager in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
- Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
- Provide guests with a quality room orientation
- Perform professional lobby patrol duties
- Provide quality service, with colleagues, to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all time
- Maintain accuracy of guest database input for the use of the hotel group
- Monitor Guest Services Officers with their duties
- Ensure Room assignment is in line with guest requests
- Assist Supervisors in their daily responsibilities, such as Trace Report and Hot SOS follow up
- Up selling, Data Collection, Guest Preference
Requirements:
- University graduate with Hotel Management degree
- Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Dynamic and energetic
