Major Responsibilities:

1. To consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times.
2. To demonstrate a pride in workplace and a high level of commitment.
3. Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars and Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
4. To operate, maintain and repair all audio-visual equipment within the hotel such as amplifiers, microphones, TV’s, etc. as per the manufacturer specification
5. Execution of daily repair requests
6. Daily reading with keeping and updating of all log sheets
7. To maintain necessary stock and spare parts to ensure equipment are functioning well without interruption and to follow that the technical storekeeper
8. To keep his/her tools in good working conditions
9. To liaise with Engineering or IT and any other related departments to make sure the successful of the function
10. Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests
11. Assist Guest courteously and efficiently
12. To maintain the store neat, tidy, clean and safe
13. Continuously monitor his/her section for maximum guest’s satisfaction
14. To carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory
15. To wish each and every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming
16. To fully inform and aware about all information connecting to Food and Beverage outlets and Mandarin Oriental Jakarta/Group generally
17. To have role of good Brand ambassador
18. To maintain all Hotel’s assets
