Assisitant Accounting Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Major responsibilities:-

  • To conduct and control all financial controls and accounting procedures based upon a maximization of internal and control techniques consistent with MOHG established policy and general accepted accounting principles.
  • To conduct, control and supervise personnel of General Accounting.
  • To compile all budgets and forecast covering all activities of the hotel in conjunction with Controller and Department Heads.
  • To maintain all budget control procedures.
  • To prepare financial statement.
  • To ensure the accuracy of all reports and financial accounts.
  • To cooperate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient running of all activities.
  • To prepare details of monthly account with supporting schedules.
  • To review all aspect of hotel operation, accounting system and internal control, etc.
  • To prepare reconciliation of all assets and keep Chief Accountant or Assistant Financial Controller informed of any discrepancies.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:- 

  • Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or relevant.
  • 3 years solid luxury hotel experience.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Accounting Department.
  • Possess good leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and Team Player/Motivator.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
