YOUR DUTIES
Responsible for the smooth operation of In Room Dining and events
Representation of the In Room Dining & Banquets Manager
Contact person for guest requests or complaints
Control of the mise en place for the daily business
Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in a similar work environment, preferred as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
leadership and interpersonal skills
Structured and organized way of working
Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
Very good communication skills in German and English
