THE RESIDENCES
Mandarin Oriental Residences, Fifth Avenue, located at 685 54th Street at the center of New York City’s premier Fifth Avenue retail shopping corridor. The site is a short walking distance from Central Park and world-famous landmarks such as Rockefeller Center, the Museum of Modern Art, and St. Patrick’s cathedral. Featuring 65 spacious apartments, residents will enjoy a luxurious way of life with exquisite interiors, a rooftop pool, fitness and wellness center, and private dining.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
Delivery 5-Star service to our Residents at amenity facilities property-wide.
Assist with lobby coverage based off operation needs.
Effectively coordinates the usage of the Wellness Floor and maintains cleanliness of Residents common area programming and facilities.
Proactively greet, interact, and assist residence Owners in a professional manner.
Identify and report defects throughout the residential areas.
To aid private practitioners in setting up for treatments as well as clearing away after.
To ensure that lockers are always stocked with clean linen and removing used items.
To attend to residents in all areas, ensuring that they are comfortable as well as offering refreshments.
Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all residential and Management Company departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain strict confidentiality relative to Residents business.
Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring resident satisfaction.
Ability to focus attention on resident needs, remaining calm and courteous.
Accommodate all Residents requests expediently and courteously. Follow up with designated Residential or Management Company personnel to ensure completion of request.
Participate in the property’s sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.
Facilitate any bookings effectively for the Residents and execute any changes in scheduling request via the residents swiftly to reflect the high standards expected.
Liaise with external trainers if required by residence owners.
To attend any training deemed appropriate.
Support during all special events and activities as requested.
Essential
Luxury hotel, condominium or spa experience preferred.
Excellent overall communication skills both written and verbal in English.
Able to multi-task and remain composed at all times.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization, and effective time-management skills.
Flexible schedules and hours, and a willingness to work on weekends & holidays is required.
Professional appearance and demeanor in coordination with Mandarin Oriental standards.
Desirable Skills
Multilingual
First Aid and CPR qualifications.
Knowledge of BuildingLink system.
