As a Waiter / Waitress in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare mise-en-place

• Set up table according to reservation plan

• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner

• Ensure side stations are stocked sufficiently and tidy at all times

• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Cantonese

• Initiative and good customer service skills

• Experienced in Western cuisine / Bar area is highly preferred
