About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok within the Administrative & General Department – The Oriental Spa, the Spa Therapist provides first-class massages, body treatments, facial treatments, and Beauty and Salon treatments offered at the Spa. The reports directly to the Spa Treatment Manager.
Responsibilities:
- To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times
- Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment
- Keep work area clean and neat at all times
- Follow all Standards and Procedures.
- To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa
- Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required.
- To assist with monthly inventory control and ordering of treatment products.
- To assist the Spa Management team and receptionist to ensure smooth operations.
As Spa Therapist, we expect you to have:
- Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
- Possess certification in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performing body massage treatments in the spa industry.
- Customer service oriented.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and team player.
