About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the P&C Department in Riyadh, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for to contribute to the People & Culture Division for Mandarin Oriental, Riyadh. Designs, plans, and implements the colleague relations programs. Maintains good communication and positive relationships with colleagues to promote colleague satisfaction. Ensure the Hotel meets all legal obligations under Saudi Arabia Law, and Communication and Engagement Activities for Colleagues are implemented, ensuring the Culture and Vision of MOHG are maintained.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
  • MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.
  • Fully responsible for the selection of candidates for the required job position in accordance with the Job Specification.
  • Should always oversee the possibility of filling the position by Saudi nationals by giving preferences to educated and well experienced Saudis.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, we expect from you: 

  • Should convince/suggest the Department Heads for hiring the maximum number of Saudis in accordance with the Government’s Saudization Program.
  • Develop and implement quarterly recruitment plan.
  • Must post all vacant positions on the company website (PageUP ).
  • Maintain list, or pool of qualified and available candidates.
  • Must communicate and follow-up with all candidates in a timely and professional manner.
