As a Storekeeper in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

• Perform to oversee the Storeroom

• To report receiving issues and maintenance issues to the direct supervisor, if any

• To be responsible for stock rotation, maintenance of cleanliness in the storeroom

• To control and organize the storeroom and prevent loss through theft and spoilage

• To ensure that proper storeroom temperatures for different food types is maintained at all times

• To confirm all incoming goods are covered by a purchase order and are of the required quantity

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in 5-star hotel.

• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Initiative and good communications skills.
