As a Storekeeper in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
Perform to oversee the Storeroom
To report receiving issues and maintenance issues to the direct supervisor, if any
To be responsible for stock rotation, maintenance of cleanliness in the storeroom
To control and organize the storeroom and prevent loss through theft and spoilage
To ensure that proper storeroom temperatures for different food types is maintained at all times
To confirm all incoming goods are covered by a purchase order and are of the required quantity
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in 5-star hotel.
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Initiative and good communications skills.
