About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Stewarding Department in Hong Kong, the Steward Attendant is responsible for Keeping own working area clean, cleaning dishwashing and replenish with detergents, operation dishwashing machine and polish silverware and copperware. The Steward Attendant reports to the Chief Steward.

As Steward Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• General dish washing duties 
• Kitchen utensils and tableware cleaning 
• Kitchen cleaning 
• Operate dish-washing machine

As Steward Attendant, we expect from you:
