We are looking for a Spa Treatments Supervisor to lead the Spa Therapist team and create memorable experiences for our guests during their treatments at the Spa.

As the Spa Treatments Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring luxury and tranquility await our Guests during all their treatments journey.  You will be providing support to our Therapist, ensuring seamless transitions and service from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

The Spa Treatments Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Ensure Guest and Colleague satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service are the Spa's top priorities
• Performs supervisory duties including leading, training, coaching, performance management, counseling, scheduling and supervision of the Therapists
• Promote sales of Spa services and retail utilizing your extensive knowledge of all products and services
• Coordinate schedules and time off requests to ensure adequate staffing
• Assist Spa Concierges as needed throughout the day and as coverage when needed
• Assist the Assistant Spa Manager and/or Director of Spa with facility maintenance and work orders to ensure peak operational performance
• Maintain through knowledge of competitors including locations, product offerings, pricing and promotions
• Administer and implement Spa operations training (i.e. telephone etiquette, guest relations, sales, services, etc)
• Perform Spa tours for potential guests and members as needed
• Support the fitness coach with wellness offerings and the maintenance of the Fitness Center
• Maintain close and effective working relationships with other departments
• Maintain and good atmosphere and spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
• Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Promote and enforce health and safety awareness as well as to have a complete understanding of the emergency procedures
• Establish, update and adhere to hotel and departmental policies, procedures and service standards
• Contribute to the improvement of the operation by contributing ideas, making suggestions and holding regular departmental communication meetings

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred      
• Computer knowledge will be helpful. Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, SpaSoft and basic accounting principles
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
• Knowledge of guest service and/or hospitality industry a plus
• Reliable and energetic with strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule required
• Ability to work well with others
