JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering a range of spa treatments and services to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a luxurious setting and contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our guests.

The main focus of your job will be:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapies in accordance with established protocols
• Customize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of each guest
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas
• Educate guests about spa services, products, and wellness practices
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Assist with spa reception duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and processing payments
• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
• Stay informed about latest trends and developments in the spa industry

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Certification or license in massage and facial treatments therapy valid in EU
• At least 2 years experience working in a spa environment
• Very good knowledge of Czech and English at a communicative level
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Passion for wellness and helping others achieve relaxation and rejuvenation
