About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the SPA Department in Milan, the SPA Receptionist is responsible to provide the highest level of customer focused service, to ensure the guest experience is one that is beyond and expectations of the guest and aligned with our Legendary Quality Experiences. The SPA Receptionist reports to the SPA Manager.

As SPA Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Responsibilities include assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, booking reservations, assisting guests with all inquiries, as well as provide retail information, help with displays and retail sales.
  • A flexible schedule is necessary, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position.
  • Check cash float at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure at all times that amounts are correct
  • Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles

As SPA Receptionist, we expect from you: 

  • Italian and English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated.
