Maintains a good knowledge of all hotel facilities and is able to answer guest questions in a quick, polite and helpful manner
Handles guest complaints or problems promptly, ensuring that any resolved / unresolved incidents are reported to the manager in a timely manner
Demonstrates security conscious behaviours in respect of guests, colleagues and hotel property / welfare and reports suspicious circumstances to the manager
Attends meetings and training sessions that may be beneficial personally or to the operation.

Assist Guest courteously and efficiently.
Communicate with Kitchen for any guests’ special request and dietary requirements.
To prepare the working station and side station assigned with sufficient Mise en Place.
To maintain the back of the house neat, tidy, clean and safe.
Continuously monitor his/her section for maximum guest’s satisfaction.
To deliver the correct order to the guest.
To carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
To welcome every guest in the appropriate manner.
To wish each and every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming.
Assist and support all mandarin Oriental Tokyo colleagues as required
