About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within Room Service Department in Hong Kong, the Server is responsible for the day-to-day operation. The Server reports to the In-Room Dining Manager.

As Server, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle tray and trolley set up according to hotel’s standards
  • Deliver food & beverage items and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner
  • Ensure high satisfaction level by checking products quality and obtaining guests’ feedback
  • Communicate with Superior for any guests’ complaints and comments
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
  • Perform any other duties as required by your department head from time to time.

As Server, we expect from you:

  • Relevant experience in F&B or hotel industry
  • Experience in Room Service or sizeable hotels is an advantage
  • Good time management, service-orientated and able to work independently
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
