About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Division in Hong Kong, the Senior Bartender is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar and to assists the Bar Manager.

As Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Set up the daily bar counter and ensure all condiments needed for food service during the day

• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner

• Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours with a helpful and professional attitude

• Polish all silverware and glassware after cleaned by the machine

• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant

As Senior Bartender, we expect from you:

• Formal Hotel training from VTC / IVE / Technical Institute

• Relevant working experience in hotel

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure

• Initiative and Good Customer Service Skills
