• This position is to maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, colleagues and their properties
• Effectively communicate upward, downward and laterally
• Perform daily administration of hotel’s key control programme
• Effectively enforce hotel’s rule and regulations
• Perform tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Health, Safety & Security/ Assistant Security Manager and respond to directions given by any EXCO or Duty Manager
• Commitment to the standards of the IMS system in Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental protection
• Ensure effective implementation of the IMS policy and procedures
• Ensure continuous training and awareness of the IMS system
• Ensure OTPs are monitored and acted upon
• Identify areas of improvement through CPAR or suggestions
• Ensure operational compliance to legal regulations and other requirements
• Identification of new activities that are in relation to EASI and HIRADC
