SECURITY MANAGER, ONE HYDE PARK

39 hours, 5 days per week

As Security Manager, we expect from you:

  • To effectively lead and manage the Security department, supporting colleague development and engagement

  • To investigate, administrate and report all incidents and accidents in line with the local and regulatory requirements

  • To be responsible for the Security and FLHSS requirements, ensuring compliance with any and all local regulations, including preparation for the annual audit

  • To ensure that all CCTV security and surveillance systems are professionally operated at all times, including the planning and delivery of any system upgrades

  • To chair the Risk Management Committee (RMC), liaising with all relevant colleagues across properties

  • To ensure effective communication is maintained colleagues and management

As Security Manager, you will be working predominantly Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, but flexibility is required where applicable, including weekends and bank holidays.

To be a successful Security Manager, you will have experience in luxury and/or high spec residential or hotel security with specific experience managing fire, life, health and safety processes and procedures. You will have strong team management experience and be passionate about creating and supporting teams that work together cohesively and effectively. You will enjoy building strong relationships with residents and colleagues and be dedicated to providing the best possible service.
