Reporting to the General Manager and sitting on the Executive Committee, you will define and lead the hotel's People & Culture strategy, oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits, and act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team. You will lead and develop the People & Culture team, drive colleague engagement and wellbeing, and ensure full compliance with Turkish labour and social security regulations. We are looking for a minimum of 10 years' progressive People & Culture leadership experience, including at Director level, gained within luxury hospitality with internationally recognised hotel brands. Fluency in Turkish and English is essential, alongside strong knowledge of Turkish labour law, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the highest levels of integrity and discretion.
