About the job
Based at the Athens Offices of Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Sales & Marketing Department, the Sales Manager – Middle East Market develops and executes strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Sales Manager – Middle East Market reports to the Director of Sales.
As Sales Manager – Middle East Market, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business from the Middle East Market to meet and exceed revenue targets and support the Resort’s annual Commercial Strategy.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners from this region, create Account Development plans, proactively find new business opportunities and develop a trusted network of partners.
Drive sales initiatives to establish Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino as a premier luxury destination.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and bring new ideas and business intel to the team.
Organize and attend client engagement and industry partners’ activities either at the resort or other national and international locations, when necessary.
Ensure a high-end luxury performance and communication style is followed in any opportunity given and respect the brand’s guidelines across the board.
Ensure all other administrative duties are completed to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales Department

As Sales Manager – Middle East Market, we expect from you:
EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven track record in luxury hotel sales, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable. Proficiency in Greek is a plus.
Experience in the GCC region. A ready portfolio of clients from the GCC region is a plus.
Experience in the MICE segment.
Fluency in Microsoft office, Salesforce.
