Sales Manager, Sales & Marketing

SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 5 days per week)

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic Sales & Marketing Team here at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is the newest jewel to be opening in Mayfair. It’s another world; an oasis of calm in the heart of the city, with the most attentive service. A world that’s all about our guests.

The goal will be to assist the teams with all facets to do with in their department. Co-ordinating customer requirements with other departments in order to achieve maximum guest satisfaction all while keeping profitability high for the hotel.

As a Sales Manager at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop private dining rooms’ revenue for hotel restaurants with the local market.
  • Focus on the local corporate market prospects.
  • Prospecting - Research and contact new potential accounts through direct enquiries, sales leads and other sources.
  • Undertake sales calls and presentations to maintain and grow relationships and maximize revenue from the local community.
  • Build relationships with all relevant stakeholders to ensure total account management.
  • Maintain all contact, account, activity and booking information in HMS and Delphi as per MOHG Delphi Best Practices.
  • Maintain effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
  • Attends MOHG tradeshow and industry events as required.
  • Conduct site inspections, host fam trips as required.
