Purpose of position
・Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales and within the limits of hotel policies and procedures, effectively execute sales activities to maximize business opportunities in the defined market. This position is dedicated to manage and develop China Market for the hotel.
・Responsible for generating targeted revenues for specific accounts and segments from existing and potential corporate accounts, coordinating customer requirements with other departments to achieve maximum guest satisfaction for the hotel.
・Responsible for leisure sales team activities and supervise each team members.
Requirements
Experience in driving overall Sales segments from China market
・Lead generation
・Lead conversion
・Business development of Groups and Luxury Leisure segments
・Handling client objections / rejections
・Strategy and action planning / execution
・English proficiency
