About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Sales Department in Milan, the Sales Intern support the Team. The Sales Intern reports to the Director of Sales.

As Sales Intern, you will responsible for the following duties:

• To carry out general administration and coordination duties of the Sales Office
• To prepare BEO’s according to information supplied by the Sales team and distribute these to the relevant departments
• To liaise with the Sales Executive ensuring that all hotel collateral is updated.
• To conduct analysis of statistics and reports as directed by the Sales Team.
• To liaise with the purchasing department and outside suppliers with regards to departmental administrative requirements.

As Sales Intern, we expect from you: 

• Energy, passion and enthusiasm
• Ability to present ideas in a well-organised manner
• Effective time management
• Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Excellent communication skills both written/verbal; fluency in Italian and English is required
