• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times

确保所有同事总是保持高标准的个人卫生和仪容仪表。

• Wears designated uniform which are well pressed and in a good state of repair and that name badges are worn at all times

确保员工穿着指定的熨烫平整的制服，总是佩戴名牌。

• To ensure that the Fire Life Health Safety and Security company standards and HACCP Standards are maintained and carried out. They must be monitored regularly to assist in scoring 100% on the MOHG health and safety audit

确保消防健康安全的标准得以保持和执行，要百分之百达到文华东方酒店集团审计的分数。

• To be fully informed and aware about all information concerning Food and Beverage outlets and hotel facilities of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / Group generally

完全的了解和熟悉所有关于北京王府井文华东方酒店餐饮部的知识和酒店设施的信息，以及集团的基础信息。

• Maintains a good knowledge of all hotel facilities and is able to answer guest questions in a quick, polite and helpful manner

熟知酒店的产品知识和设施，快速，礼貌，乐于助人的解答客人的问题。

• Handles guest complaints or problems promptly, ensuring that any resolved / unresolved incidents are reported to the manager in a timely manner

迅速的处理客人的问题和投诉，确保所有已解决的问题和未解决的问题及时的汇报给经理。

• Ensures hotel policies and procedures are adhered to

确保酒店的工作准则和程序得以执行和实施。

• Ensures statutory rules and regulations are adhered to e.g. Health & Safety at work Weights and Measures, licensing laws etc.

确保法定的规章制度坚持执行，如工作健康安全，度量衡，法律许可执照等等。

• Demonstrates a working knowledge of fire prevention and ensures colleagues follow evacuation procedures on hearing the alarm

工作时，有消防安全知识，当听到报警器响的时候，确保同事们能根据程序撤离疏散。

• Demonstrates security conscious behaviors in respect of guests, colleagues and hotel property / welfare and reports suspicious circumstances to the manager

在涉及到客人，同事，公司方面，要有安全保密意识，如发现可疑情况要及时向经理汇报。

• Attends meetings and training sessions that may be beneficial personally or to the Restaurant operation.

参加可能会对个人或餐厅运作有益的会议及培训课程。
