Pour notre Restaurant Camélia, nous recherchons :

UN RESPONSABLE (H/F)

VOS MISSIONS :

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne du Restaurant et garantir l’excellence du service client
  • Anticiper les besoins de la clientèle et répondre à ses attentes par un service attentif, personnalisé et irréprochable tout en respectant l’ensemble des standards qualité
  • Manager une équipe de 24 personnes et contribuer au maintien d'une bonne ambiance de travail
  • Mettre en avant la qualité du Restaurant en matière d'accueil et de service (pratiquer la vente suggestive, émettre des propositions et optimiser les ventes)
  • Développer les ventes du Restaurant, contrôler les coûts et surveiller les recettes (limiter les coûts opérationnels, gérer les stocks, participer à la gestion budget, etc.)

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Formation en Hôtellerie
  • Expérience réussie de 3 ans minimum en qualité de responsable de service dans un environnement similaire
  • Qualité d’écoute
  • Manager reconnu
  • Sens commercial
  • Connaissances générales (HACCP, budget, etc.)
  • Français et anglais courant

 

For our Camélia Restaurant, we are looking for :

A MANAGER (M/F)

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Restaurant and guarantee excellent customer service
  • Anticipate customer needs and meet their expectations through attentive, personalized and impeccable service, while complying with all quality standards.
  • Manage a team of 24 people and contribute to maintaining a good working atmosphere
  • Promote the Restaurant's quality of welcome and service (suggestive selling, making suggestions and optimizing sales).
  • Develop Restaurant sales, control costs and monitor revenues (limit operational costs, manage inventory, participate in budget management, etc.).

YOUR PROFILE :

  • Hotel industry training
  • At least 3 years' successful experience as a service manager in a similar environment
  • Good listening skills
  • Recognized manager
  • Commercial sense
  • General knowledge (HACCP, budget, etc.)
  • Fluent French and English
