The Role

Deliver a seamless and refined reservations experience, ensuring accurate bookings and exceptional guest service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Process bookings in line with LQA and Forbes standards.
• Respond to all correspondence within 24 hours.
• Maintain and organize guest communication records.

Reservation Management

• Input and update reservations accurately in the PMS.
• Review bookings from SynXis and verify arrival details.
• Conduct pre-arrival checks (2 days prior).
• Follow up on prepayments, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Prepare daily reservation reports.
• Assist with group bookings and ensure accuracy of guest details.

Administrative & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations.
• Action daily trace reports and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and documentation.

Team Support

• Support team operations and perform assigned duties.
• Promote teamwork and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and SynXis preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a service-driven mindset.
• Professional grooming aligned with luxury standards.
