Responsible for maintaining the Municipal (Baladiya) Card.
Coordinates with other departments and prepares staff listings as and when required.
Assists in preparing and submitting reports required by the various government agencies and ministries.
Responsible for securing all the necessary visas required by the process, such as visit visas for hotel colleagues.
Assist colleagues in government-related matters.
Responsible for record-keeping of the validity of passports of all employees and advising concerned colleagues when their passports are due for renewal and updating it in the databases.
Preparation of relevant documents for medical examination and Iqama for employees.
Responsible for bank loan letters, and any other letters related to colleagues’ requests.
Responsible for entering new joiners in the medical insurance—GOSI—Qiwa.
Responsible for Causal staff time sheets and payroll.
Requirements:
Locals Only.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (writing & speaking).
Computer skills.
0-2 years’ experience.
Diploma/Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management.
