As a People & Culture Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Serves as direct support staff to Director of People & Culture and Staff Restaurant.
• Obtains data and information necessary to assist in responding to inquiries.
• Maintains appointment calendars for Director of People & Culture and keeps them informed of scheduled commitments.
• Receives, sorts and distributes department mail.
• Coordinates and copies all end of month closing People & Culture Reports and their distribution.
• Update the People & Culture communication platform as and when required. 
• Lead candidate to the interview room and ensure all application documentation is completed. 
• Provide administration support to the People & Culture Coordinator on onboarding process of new colleagues. 
• Assist colleague with any locker issue.   
• Provide support on conducting reference check for any successful candidate. 

As a People & Culture Intern, we expect from you: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree on Business Management, Hotel or Hospitality Management school.
• No prior experience is required.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin language. 
• Fast learner and able to adapt to high pressure environment. 
• Has the charisma and personality that reflect luxury hotel brand.
