About the job

Based at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi / within the People & Culture Department, the People & Culture Coordinator will provide administrative support to People & Culture functions.

As People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Prepares the following documents / items: (1) colleagues letters request received from My MO / Beekeeper (2) confirmation of successful probation letters, (3) end of service certificate for leavers (4) registration sheet for security pass for new, renewal, promoted colleagues and outsourced colleagues (5) enrolls colleagues in Biometric / Attendance system and other similar documentation required (6) name badges and fan pins, including ensuring par-stock and ordering.
  • To assist in preparing and organising Colleagues Get-Together such as Majlis, Fan of the Month celebrations etc. and ensure the agenda, certificates and photographs are prepared in advance.
  • Update Emirates Id details in P&C system and P&C drive
  • Release of Emirates ID to colleagues and send the Emirates ID copy to the insurance broker to ensure it is connected to the health insurance card.
  • Support the preparation for National Days celebration
  • Ensure that colleagues’ suggestions are communicated to P&C Executive / Assistant Director of P&C.
  • To ensure proper par-stock, control, monitoring and requisition of all P&C office supplies.
  • Supports the colleagues’ communication.
  • Filing of documents in respective colleagues’ files.
  • Sending the health insurance card copy to colleague via Beekeeper.
  • Release of bank card to colleagues.
  • Raise purchase requests for non-general store items and flight tickets as when required.
  • Assist in arranging interviews, induction, security training, gate pass and uniform  of outsourced colleagues.
  • Sorting of colleagues mail from Emirates Post.

 

As People & Culture Coordinator, we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and coordination skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Demonstrates integrity, reliability, accountability, disciplined, commitment to quality and teamwork
  • Ability to work in high paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and agile in the use of other system applications
