Major Resposibilities:

  • Report People & Culture Manager
  • Maintains all Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta health & welfare benefits such as but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Worker’s Compensation.
  • Tracks, inputs and maintains all individual colleague benefits information within HRIS SUNFISH.
  • Maintains and organizes a filing process in a clear manner of necessary paperwork to include enrolment processing.
  • Organizes, controls and maintains monthly Benefits (Jamsostek, Medical) enrolment for all eligible colleagues.
  • Coordinates with benefit providers for any special case.
  • Reports to insurance providers any additions, changes or revisions of benefit coverage as informed by People & Culture Manager.
  • Coordinate a medical check up process for recruitment process.
  • Coordinate a yearly medical check up process for all colleagues.
  • Coordinate a regular food handler medical check for all eligible colleagues.
  • Maintenance of colleague’s Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Unpaid Leave, Maternity Leave, and other required Leave as per colleague handbook
  • Maintaining the expatriate travel allowance and its utilizations.
  • Assist Director of People & Cultu to develop and update colleague benefit policies, procedures and contingency plans.
  • Support Director of Human Resources with labor cost management.
  • Support Human Resources Department with community programs.
  • Check and review any claim from providers on inpatient medical excess.
  • Conduct bill reconciliations for all insurance providers.
  • Check and review any claim from colleagues on outpatient reimbursement.
