Responsible for Hotel's Payroll and Staff reimbursement for Corporate Office

  • Preparation of monthly payment of Spa Profit Shares
  • Input data to payroll system (Tips on Bills, Shift Allowance, Commission, Incentive..etc and deduction)
  • Handle payroll account reconciliation
  • Preparation of payroll reconciliation
  • Preparation of payment vouchers & cheque payments to staff
  • Generate the payment amount for individuals and upload to HSBCnet for transfer
  • Preparation of journal vouchers for general ledger posting
  • Preparation of pension statement & contribution payment
  • Compute an amount of earning to Labour Department and Insurance Co. for employee injury case
  • Maintain and update the employee records from the computerized payroll system
  • Prepare staff reimbursement claim form to Paymaster and upload to Accpac system (MOHG office)
  • Process corporation credit card expenses reports and upload to Accpac system (MOHG office)
