As a Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will need to:

• To ensure excellent quality throughout the offerings and smooth running of the kitchen operation.
• To communicate effectively on all issues with FOH management team.
• To be involved in planning and organizing the workflow and kitchen logistics.
• To be involved in menu engineering and creating user record and recipe card.
• Seek own solutions to the minor obstacles that occur from time to time. 
• Lead and support the Junior team members.
