Responsibilities:

As Night Supervisor you will be responsible for the following tasks:    

• Responsible for security and guest care at night
• Responsible for the closing of the day
• Responsible for reception activities at night
• Invoicing and accounting 
• Ensuring a welcoming check-in and check-out for our guests
• Other tasks include all administrative and operational tasks

As Night Supervisor we are looking for: 

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and experience in the front office area of the upscale hotel industry 
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork, organizational skills and good time management 
• Good IT and PMS skills 
• Very good communication skills - guests will contact you with both complaints and positive feedback
• Resilience and flexibility - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts  
• Excellent manners, open-minded, well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma  
• Very good knowledge of Italian and English, other foreign languages an advantage
