Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:

  • To provide a seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times.
  • To ensure a clean, comfortable, well maintained and welcoming environment.
  • To use any opportunity to delight and satisfy guests’ needs.
  • To make sure all guest information is forwarded to the Guest History Coordinator to record in guest history profile.
  • To facilitate a motivating atmosphere by communicating effectively.
  • To give feedback in a positive and encouraging manner.
  • To communicate accurate information actively and in a timely manner to colleagues.
  • To be an active team player with a “hands on” approach..
  • To provide on-the-job training to new members of the team
  • To ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used correctly and in accordance with the local safety and security standards to guarantee employee safety.

 

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 2 years international hotel working experience.
  • High Flexibility and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Responsible and positive attitude, be able to work under pressure and with team work spirit.
  • Good communication and writing skill.

岗位要求:

  • 两年以上国际酒店相关岗位工作经验。
  • 较强的适应能力及抗压能力。
  • 良好的沟通技巧。
  • 认真负责,能承受工作压力并保持积极的工作态度与团队精神。
  • 良好的沟通与书写能力。
