About the job

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of high-impact marketing campaigns, in line with the overall strategy, that drive measurable, incremental revenues for Rooms, F&B, and Spa.

A self-starter who brings a creative approach and a commercial mind-set along with a proven experience of building strategic marketing plans.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop and implement an annual integrated marketing plan, in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy and within budget guidelines

  • Manage the roll out of marketing initiatives and oversee the execution of all promotional activities across all channels, ensuring brand adherence and effectiveness

  • Work closely with the Public Relations Manager to ensure all channels are fully maximized

  • To regularly track, analyse and report, weekly, monthly and quarterly, on campaigns and channels’ performances vs. agreed KPIs and budget

  • To design, build and maintain social media presence and campaigns

  • To collaborate and manage relationships with agencies and third parties

  • To manage various e-tools e.g. CRM, CMS, ORM, Social Media Management Platforms etc.

  • Plan, organise and oversee photoshoots for the hotel (including major collateral photography, F&B shoots).

  • Ensure Sales and F&B teams receive adequate marketing support

  • Measure the success of all marketing activities and use data to identify future opportunities

  • Produce regular campaign performance reports to senior management

  • Proactively interact with multiple internal departments to ensure successful delivery of a variety of brand projects that support the hotel’s business objectives

  • Continually seek out and implement new ideas for increasing the level of engagement and conversion rates

As a Marketing Manager, we expect from you to have: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Marketing environment, preferably within the Travel & Hospitality industry, Fashion or Luxury Goods

  • Fluent in English. Arabic preferred

  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure

  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
