Based at Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within Mandarin Grill, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence, team coordination and guest satisfaction in line with the hotel’s objectives and brand standards. The Supervisor reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise daily service operations and ensure all service standards are consistently delivered.

• Lead, train and support the service team to maintain high performance and professional conduct.

• Manage reservations, table allocation and guest flow to optimize restaurant capacity and efficiency.

• Ensure smooth coordination between front of house and kitchen teams.

• Maintain strong product knowledge, including menu items, beverage offerings and wine pairing basics.

• Monitor service sequence, anticipate guest needs and ensure exceptional dining experiences.
