About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen within the Food & Beverage Division in Shenzhen, M.O. Bar Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operation and functions by providing leadership and overall supervision while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and operating in the established budgets and goals. M.O. Bar Assistant Manager reports to M.O. Bar Assistant Manager.

As M.O. Bar Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise and participate in running an efficient and profitable operation in the areas for which you are responsible. Liaise with your manager to actively encourage a professional and dedicated team
• Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service and professional recommendation
• The ability to coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of hotel policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations

As M.O. Bar Assistant Manager, we expect from you: 

• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin and English
