Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes is seeking a Leisure Sales Manager for an exciting new product to drive leisure sales from third parties agencies. We are looking for an individual with strong selling skills to help launch this product into the market and make an immediate sales impact.  The Leisure Sales Manager will have strong understanding and experience in luxury hospitality and more specifically in leisure sales in the UK, European and Middle East market.  

Highly organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.  Responsible for bringing sales leads, you will be a great problem-solver, a self-starter and naturally creative, pragmatic, and collaborative.

 
As a Leisure Sales Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Strategy: help define the overall vision, strategy, proposition and roadmap for the product launch and beyond

  • Sales: Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with selected key leisure accounts via individual account management sales plans.

  • Product Awareness: Build awareness of the product with the select leisure accounts, organize Fam Trips, events, presentations etc.

  • Ambassador: Be an ambassador for Mandarin Oriental’s customer-first approach 

  • Supports company's philosophy and company’s culture through the use of Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 4 years in luxury hospitality looking after leisure accounts, with a demonstrable track record in delivering results.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, charts and statistics 

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills  

  • Creative problem-solving skills, with an ability to think outside of the box 

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Comfortable working in an agile and constantly evolving environment 

  • Self-starter with the ability to set direction and execute 

  • Role is based in the corporate office in London, UK. Flexibility to work autonomously.

  • Liaise with Regional Sales Offices worldwide
