As Steward at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London you will play an integral part in facilitating the smooth running of back of house operations, maintaining the standards of cleanness, hygiene, health and safety to provide an essential service to our hotel guests.

As Steward you will need to:

·To ensure that all areas of responsibility are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition and that all equipment, floors and walls are clean to the required standard.

·To be responsible for the correct operation and cleaning of all machinery, particularly dishwashers

·To record and maintain overall stock of entire utensils and chinaware.

·To ensure that all cleaning schedules for all areas of responsibility are carried out to the required
