As a Kitchen Engineer at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

• Carrying out all PPM to all kitchen equipment including, gas & induction equipment, wash ware, combination ovens and mixers.
• Retrieving and completing work orders.
• Reporting any discrepancies, unsolved problems and newly observed engineering problems.
• Obtaining all necessary information, documentation and instruction to ensure that effective, efficient work may be performed.

As a Kitchen Engineer, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
