About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the IT Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the IT Supervisor is responsible for providing on a day-to-day basis first line colleague support and second line guest support, as well as completing IT hardware and software maintenance tasks, system event alert rectifications and routine task management.

As IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Provide daily IT support to colleagues and deliver second‑line assistance to guests, including weekend coverage when required.

• Manage IT support operations by overseeing daily service delivery and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Assist with routine IT tasks by completing and monitoring the full IT Routine Task List and performing troubleshooting across systems and devices.

• Deliver audio‑visual support by providing dedicated AV services, coordinating preventive maintenance, and supporting Meetings & Events.

• Follow up on project tasks by coordinating progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting implementation across IT initiatives.

• Support cybersecurity and compliance by following up on assigned tasks and ensuring adherence to corporate security standards.

As IT Supervisor, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.

• Degree in Information Technology.

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

• Fluency in English.
